Hofstad group is a group of supposed terrorists in The Netherlands. One of the main men in the group killed the moviemaker Theo van Gogh a while ago, and they think this group has to do with other terroristic activities as well. They're trying to prove they're a terroristic group atm in court, and they want them all in jail for about 15-20 years...
That van is a van of the Dutch 'criminal transport' (dunno the exact terms to explain it) so the writing on the back is kinda funny... tho a bit sadistic imo (but isn't that the best fun sometimes)
